TNT’s Stan Van Gundy has been hired by Amazon Prime Video to be a game analyst for its forthcoming NBA coverage next season, sources briefed on the move told The Athletic.

Amazon Prime Video is continuing to stockpile basketball star power ahead of its debut as an NBA broadcasting partner, reportedly hiring Steve Nash and Stan Van Gundy for its coverage team beginning with the 2025-26 season.

Longtime NBA analyst Stan Van Gundy is reportedly making a career change. After spending eight consecutive seasons working at TNT, the former basketball head coach is taking his talents to a new broadcast.

The NBA will begin announcing end-of-season performance award winners as the 2025 playoffs get underway. As in years past, award winners from the 2024-25 regular season will be announced by TNT's "Inside the NBA" crew of Ernie Johnson,

Dyson Daniels has won the NBA's 2024-25 Most Improved Player award, the league announced on Wednesday. Daniels is now the second Atlanta Hawk to win the award, joining Alan Henderson who won in 1998.
