A grand jury in Oklahoma has indicted Texas megachurch founder Robert Morris, accusing him in five felony counts of lewd acts with a girl beginning when she was 12 years old in the 1980s.

Robert Morris resigned from Gateway Church last year following allegations that he sexual relations with a 12-year-old girl approximately four decades ago.

The Gateway Church founder and former senior pastor is accused of sexually abusing a woman in the '80s, starting when she was 12 years old.
