Ordinarily, if I see that a foreign horror movie is being remade, and I watch that movie, I get confused as to why a remake is necessary. More often than not, the movies are perfectly fine as is and can be enjoyed without someone stripping away the subtitles in favor of Americanisms and fake teeth.
