Jason Champagne matched the numbers 12, 24, 36, 54 and 56 to win the $1,000 a day for life prize, which guarantees a minimum payout of $7 million. Rather than receiving the daily payments, the Bellmore resident elected to take a one-time lump sum payment of $4,557,000 after required withholdings.
