CLEVELAND, Ohio — Mayor Justin Bibb says he fought to keep the Browns on the lakefront. The math suggests he might be lucky he lost. While game days bring tens of thousands of fans downtown, they also come with a hefty price tag.
CLEVELAND (WJW) – Former Cleveland Mayor Dennis Kucinich is continuing his fight to stop the Browns from moving to Brook Park. Last month, the Browns and Cleveland Mayor Justin Bibb announced a deal to settle lawsuits, which would clear the way for the Browns to leave the lakefront.
Neighbors got their first up-close look at plans for reimagined roads and pedestrian paths around the stadium Tuesday, during a packed open house at Brook Park’s municipal complex.
The stadium is now ForeFront Field. The partnership means ForeFront Technology Inc. will have a key presence for both signage branding as well as technological initiatives in the ballpark.
