Former NFL Star Drew Brees Lands New Broadcasting Job
New Orleans Saints legend Drew Brees is reportedly returning to the broadcast booth. After retiring from the NFL in 2021, Brees joined NBC as a broadcaster. Although he wanted to focus on the pros, he called Notre Dame football games for the network.
Fox Sports broadcaster Tom Brady has a message for fellow NFL legend Drew Brees, who made a big career announcement.
Brees was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft out of Purdue. He spent his first five years in the NFL with the Chargers and the final 15 seasons with the New Orleans Saints. The 46-year-old is now working in broadcasting after he retired in 2020. He is a weekly contributor on ESPN’s “First Take.”
