LSU baseball beat West Virginia in Game 2 of the Baton Rouge Super Regional to punch its ticket to Omaha and the College World Series.

Shortstop Steven Milam and rightfielder Jake Brown each drove in four runs Sunday night to lead LSU to a 12-5 win over West Virginia in Game 2 of the NCAA Super Regional at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.

The Men's College World Series began Friday with eight teams still chasing the 2025 national championship. Murray State, which plays No. 15 UCLA on Saturday, made it to the MCWS as a regional 4-seed. Saturday night features a marquee showdown between SEC rivals No. 3 Arkansas and No. 6 LSU.

On Sunday night, the Tigers knocked off the West Virginia Mountaineers in game two of the Baton Rouge Super Regional to advance to the Men's College World Series. It will be LSU's 20th time in the MCWS, with the Tigers winning it all seven times.
