Michigan State football recruiting received some welcomed news on Nov. 9, landing three-star defensive lineman Hudson Aultman, of Delaware (Oh.) Olentangy Berlin High School, after an official visit over the weekend.
OSU is favored by 31.5 points against UCLA, according to DraftKings. The last two times Ohio State has been favored by more than 30 points against a conference opponent (2023 Michigan State, 2024 Purdue), the Buckeyes have covered, according to OddShark’s database.
Aultman was likely recruited a lot by Michigan State defensive line coach Legi Suiaunoa, given that's his position. Outside of Miami, Aultman had other reported offers from AP No. 25 South Florida, Buffalo, Kent State, Toledo, and Western Michigan.

Even so, the coaches across college football made their voices heard in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll. And entering Week 12, Michigan football moved from No. 20 to be ranked 17th. Ohio State is No. 1 and previous opponents -- Oklahoma and USC -- are ranked 10th and 18th, respectively.
