Montgomery on home run tear, for the White Sox
After making his debut, on July 4, it took Montgomery 15 games to hit his first home run. That’s when he started his recent tear though, going yard twice against the Rays, once against the Cubs, and two more times, against the Phillies. Montgomery’s average sits at .257, with those six homers, two doubles, and 19 RBI.
