Barring an increase in state funding to address a budget gap, SEPTA is 17 days away from cutting service on more than 100 lines across its system.

SEPTA says they have until Aug. 14 for state lawmakers to approve funding or else they will be forced to implement service cuts that amount to a 20% overall reduction in services.
