Three Computer Task Group Inc. shareholders are seeking to block the company’s proposed acquisition due to alleged inadequate information or missing materials in documents to shareholders.

Computer Task Group during its last completed fiscal year had $325.08 million in revenue, according to Business First’s annual list.

Under an agreement announced Wednesday, Cegeka Groep will acquire Computer Task Group for $10.50 per share in an all-cash transaction, representing a deal value of about $170 million.

Cegeka’s acquisition bid is not the first for Computer Task Group. CTG in 2020 was pursued by Assurance Services Group, but even after a couple of rounds of bidding no agreement was reached.
