Confrontation visual fields were significant for bilateral inferior visual field cuts. Intraocular pressures were 21 mm Hg in the right eye and 14 mm Hg in the left.
Extraocular motility was full, and confrontation visual field testing also was full in each eye. Red cap testing revealed color desaturation of 50% in the left eye compared with the right.
Confrontation visual fields were full in both eyes. Pupils were round with sluggish reactions to light. No relative afferent pupillary defect was present.
Pupillary examination, confrontation visual fields and extraocular motility were normal in both eyes. Anterior segment exam was normal in both eyes. The anterior vitreous was clear and quiet.
On confrontation visual testing, her eye movements are not smooth, and she has increased dizziness while finger-tracking back and forth slowly across her visual field (smooth-pursuit eye movements).
