D’Wayne Wiggins, who was a founding member of the R&B group Tony! Toni! Toné!, has died. He was 64. Wiggins sang and played guitar in the band, which he formed in Oakland, California, in 1986 with his brother Raphael Saadiq (born Charles Ray Wiggins) and their cousin Timothy Christian Riley.
