Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, a Boise State Hall of Fame member, completed a virtual interview with the Dallas Cowboys on Friday for the team’s head coaching vacancy. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and previous coach Mike McCarthy could not agree on a contract extension and agreed to part ways earlier this week.
