SPARTANBURG, S.C. (WSPA) — A 47-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday after being accused of using another person’s identity to obtain insurance and then filing a fraudulent claim for vehicle damage.

An arrest warrant says that she used pictures of alleged vehicle damage that pre-dated the reported incident.
