Des Plaines police and fire officials said an explosion and fire at a condo building in May that injured 15 people was arson, and the suspected arsonist died from injuries he got during the incident.
Clackamas Fire said that the home fully collapsed and that one person was taken to the hospital; crews will remain at the scene throughout the night.
