The event in memory of Braun Levi will be held at Loyola High School’s Hayden Circle, 1901 Venice Blvd., at 6 p.m.

When officers arrived around 1 a.m. Sunday, May 4, they found Braun Levi, 18, in the street next to a vehicle along Sepulveda Boulevard in Manhattan Beach. He was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries, according to a Manhattan Beach Police Department press release.

Braun Levi was hit and killed in Manhattan Beach early Sunday morning while walking with a friend, according to police. His family was one of the many who lost their home in the Palisades Fire.
