CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) — Professional wrestler Hulk Hogan died of a heart attack last week, according to a Florida medical examiner’s report released Thursday. Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, previously had leukemia and atrial fibrillation, an irregular heart rhythm, the report from the District Six Medical Examiner said.

Gov. Ron DeSantis ordered flags flown at half-staff to honor Hulk Hogan after the wrestling icon died from a cardiac arrest, declaring Aug. 1 "Hulk Hogan Day in Florida."

One week after WWE icon Hulk Hogan’s death from a heart attack, Florida will be honoring his legacy. Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, is a Florida native who lived in Clearwater until his death July 24 at age 71.
