A Netflix customer in Florida has sued the company over the glitchy livestream of the fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson.

The class-action lawsuit alleges a breach of contract and accuses Netflix of deception, saying users faced an “unwatchable” livestream on Nov. 15.

Jake Paul and Mike Tyson have been suspended from boxing after their superfight on Netflix. However, it isn’t going to last too long for either of them.

According to Variety, Netflix reported that drew 108 million viewers worldwide and that it was the “most streamed global sporting event ever.”
