The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said it was notified of the threatening emails by Fort Lee police on Aug. 14.

The lift notice was issued for part of Paterson as some people in North Haledon saw running water for the first time in days.

According to the Passaic Valley Water Commission, the advisory has been lifted for about 77,000 customers who live south of Broadway, east of Spruce Street and west of Route 20.
