With the NCAA transfer portal officially opening on Jan. 2, college football programs have been preparing for several weeks in anticipation of the onslaught of talent expected to enter the portal.
As reported by On3's Pete Nakos, Leavitt has been linked to four of the biggest programs in the country, with three of them actively playing in the College Football Playoff this year. "Among the early schools On3 is hearing about in his recruitment include Oregon, Indiana, Miami and LSU, sources tell On3," wrote Nakos.
