Red Bull senior advisor Helmut Marko branded Isack Hadjar’s tearful exit from the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix as “embarrassing.”

Red Bull advisor Helmut Marko has labelled Isack Hadjar ’s emotional reaction to his crash at the F1 Australian Grand Prix “a bit embarrassing”. On his F1 debut, Hadjar crashed on the formation lap in Melbourne on Sunday. Hadjar lost control of his Racing Bulls F1 car in the first sequence of corners as the slippery white line caught him out.

That is the challenge facing Formula 1 driver Isack Hadjar as he looks ahead to the Chinese Grand Prix. The rookie was slated for his first Formula 1 race, Sunday’s Australian Grand Prix, but did not reach the starting grid.

Red Bull senior advisor Helmut Marko had no room for sympathy after Isack Hadjar spun out of the Australian Grand Prix. In fact, Marko found it “embarrassing” that the rookie was reduced to tears after his error.

It is no secret that Red Bull juniors are under immense pressure to perform, more so than most F1 rookies. Understandably, Hadjar was devastated after committing such a costly error – and Marko’s response certainly won’t make things any better.

Isack Hadjar's F1 debut did not go the way he wanted. In fact, he barely went at all as he landed in the wall on the formation lap of the Australian Grand Prix. Helmut Marko was not happy with the young driver's reaction afterwards.
