Seven stakes were created in Hawaii, Idaho, Liberia, Nigeria, Portugal, Tennessee and Utah, and 27 were reorganized in Brazil, Ecuador, Italy, Mexico, Philippines, Spain, Tonga and 11 U.S. states.
