Ohtani will make his first start at Oracle Park on Saturday and pitch against the Giants for the first time as a member of the Dodgers.

In the shadow of McCovey Cove, where less than 24 hours earlier he sent a towering home run into the salty bay, Shohei Ohtani stood tall on the Oracle Park mound—his right arm finally looking like the weapon it once was.

"You could see it … that different demeanor that he carries on days that he pitches," Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said.
