Summer Yellow Squash There is nothing better than fresh summer vegetables for a good healthy meal. I always fix some crunchy cornbread to go with mine. We wonder why our children won’t eat lots of veggies, it probably because their mamas didn’t cook them in her kitchen or because they stayed on baby food to long. I started my children on mashed up table food as soon as possible. I think it was around /6 months old. To this day veggies are my childrens choice. It’s something they actually crave.
