Got a hand dropper? We've got a fix for that! ⚾️🔧 Dropping the hands results in weak contact and late timing.🤦‍♂️ Swinging with the Rope Bat eliminates hand dropping and forces connection. If you drop your hands, the barrel falls off your back and your swing falls apart. The Rope Bat... ✅ Promotes proper hand path ✅ Builds muscle memory for staying above the ball ✅ Keeps hands inside and tight to the body ...and much more! With the Rope Bat, hitters learn to lead with the knob, not the barrel.

Young Hitters….. learn to cover the top of the zone. Too much early tilt or dropping of the hands is a swing killer! High Tee w/Rope Bat is a great way to learn how to alleviate this issue. HangLoose Tee is tremendous as well. Don’t hit those back two tees! Use Code :HDR (HangLoose tee) #hittinglessons #lessonlookin #hittingcoach #baseball | hitting_done_right_hdr

If your bat hits the wall, you’re not on plane you’re dipping. Dropping the back shoulder causes pop-ups and weak contact. This drill forces: ✔️ proper hand slot ✔️ barrel matching pitch plane ✔️ no shoulder dump 💬 Comment “Swing” if you want your swing broken down 📌 Save this for your next cage session | Aaron Eden

Stop dropping you hands👇 Dropping your hands during a swing is a common flaw that affects power and control. When you drop the top hand too much, it can cause your barrel to dip below the bat plane. Top hand extension drill is a great way to reinforce proper hand positioning and control. This drill focuses on improving extension through the ball which leads to better bat control and more consistent contact. #breakawayspeed #softball #softballtraining #sports #sportstraining #hitting #batting #h
