WATCH NOW: The City of Toledo and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District to host a signing ceremony for the Project Partnership Agreement that will deliver the Toledo Ohio Environmental Infrastructure 594 project. The project will create the interconnect between the planned 1-billion-gallon reservoir and a replacement raw water main line that supplies water from Lake Erie to the Collins Park Water Treatment Plant, a project that is estimated to cost about $13 million ($10M fe
