Every storm has a story to tell -- and something to learn from. This past weekend, we saw this structured supercell over the Raton Mesa in New Mexico. As the storm rolled off of the mesa, it had a pronounced RFD/horseshoe cut. But in the base, we never saw any persistent/increasing rotation. The other thing we noted was a slightly higher cloud base overall.
