Bean Tips⬇️ I plant my pole beans directly in the garden, after the threat of frost has passed (no need to start indoors). (Zone4b: My last frost date hasn’t passed yet, so I haven’t started planting beans yet) I plant six bean seeds per square foot, about 2ish inches apart, around the base of the poles.
