✨ Lamb, Spinach & Filo Pie ✨ This is such a delicious recipe if I do say so myself! Spiced lamb mince is topped with a layer of spinach and ricotta filling, then covered in crunchy filo pastry. https://vjcooks.com/lamb-spinach-and-filo-pie/ This recipe is also in the VJ cooks App if you are a member and want to add it to your meal plans 🛒 | VJ cooks

Vanya Insull on Instagram: "This Lamb, Spinach and Filo Pie is incredibly tasty and a great twist on the classic beef mince pie. Layered lamb mince with a spinach and ricotta filling, the light filo pastry adds a lovely soft crunch. A superb dinner dish, if I do say so myself 🙂‍↕️ Comment “recipe” to get the full recipe 🥧 https://vjcooks.com/lamb-spinach-and-filo-pie/"
