Angélique du Coudray (1712–1794) was a French pioneer of midwifery and medical education, best known for transforming childbirth training in 18th-century France. Coming from a family connected to medicine, she trained as a midwife in Paris and became one of the first women to formally teach obstetrics on a large scale.
