Having added alot of weight after childbirth I can confidently say that there is nothing like baby fat,I added weight from eating unhealthy especially wheat and sugar and not just because I gave birth. If I chose a different lifestyle during pregnancy and after giving birth am sure being overweight would not have been a problem.
