The Anti-inflammatory diet literally changed my life - and I know it can feel ‘extreme’ or like a ‘diet’ because it’s so far from what we see in supermarket ready meals and convenience snacks… But, it’s the ONLY thing that made a DRASTIC difference to my inflammation, endometriosis, skin, flare ups, water weight …the list is endless! Now…I still have the odd processed meal! Why? 1. It’s impossible to avoid ultra processed foods - they’re everywhere (sauces, drinks, even on veggies sometimes!!) 2
